TechTalk is the name of a service product of AA International Ltd, a limited company based in the Technium, Y Lanfa, Aberystwyth, Wales, UK hereafter termed “the Company”.

The details you provide will only be used by those “the Company” officials and advisers whom it is necessary to involve for the purpose of providing you with the service. All information held will be treated in accordance with, and subject to, the provisions of statute and regulations currently in force e.g. The Freedom of Information Act 2000, Environmental information Regulations, Data Protection Act 1998. All information that “the Company” processes about you will be held on a database. It will, of course, help us if you could notify us if any of the details that you have provided have changed. If at any time you wish to discontinue subscribing to this service, and you notify us to this affect, we will remove the details from the database.

What information do we collect?

• We collect contact information and details of your farming or project profile.
• Registration: on subscribing we ask you to register, we ask for your name, email address, geographical/ postal address, telephone number and other detailed information regarding your project or farming enterprises.
• From time to time we will ask you for further information, for example to ensure advice on a specific query is relevant.

Use of Cookies

If we believe that your use of the site is unlawful or damaging to others, we reserve the right to disclose the information we have obtained through the site about you to the extent that it is reasonably necessary in our opinion to prevent, remedy or take action in relation to such conduct.

All personal and credit card information is encoded using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology before being sent over the Internet. Cancellation and Refunds

For subscriptions paid annually, you have the right to cancel your subscription within a 14 day 'cooling-off period', commencing from the date of subscription.The following refund policy will apply to Subscribers canceling within the cooling off period:

If you submit questions and receive answers within this 14 period, you will be entitled to a full refund minus a pro-rata deduction for the services you have received at a base rate of £75 per question.

If you have not submitted any questions within this period, your fees will be fully reimbursed.
