PET-Cereals Ethiopia is a pictorial manual designed to help crop assessors working in Ethiopia to achieve more accurate estimates of crop yield at harvest time. It does this by allowing comparisons of crops in the field with a photographic key showing a range of yields commonly found in farmers' fields. This comparison allows assessors to estimate yield in a more consistent and accurate manner.

You can download a copy of PET Ethiopia here (37MB), but it is a large document and probably will be difficult to download from computers without broadband connections. Please get in touch with us if you experience problems.
