We are pleased to announce the recent completion of the Pictorial Evaluation Tools, PET- Crops Sudan and PET- Livestock Sudan. These two manuals have recently been published by AA International Ltd and were produced in association with FAO-SIFSIA and MoA, Khartoum.

 

PET- Crops Sudan contains photo-indicators to assist assessors in estimating crops in Sudanese fields at harvest time.

Pictorial Evaluation Tools, PET- Cereals Ethiopia

PET-Cereals Ethiopia is a pictorial manual designed to help crop assessors working in Ethiopia to achieve more accurate estimates of crop yield at harvest time. It does this by allowing comparisons of crops in the field with a photographic key showing a range of yields commonly found in farmers' fields. This comparison allows assessors to estimate yield in a more consistent and accurate manner.
